It applies to all of our prop trading-related offerings, including but not limited to trading challenges, verification processes, simulated funding scenarios, partner or affiliate services, educational or analytical materials, client area functionalities, trading platform access, and any related services or products provided by 3ST (collectively, the "Services"). By enrolling in, registering for, accessing, or using any part of our Services, or by making any payment to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy. If you disagree with any portion of this Policy, you must refrain from using the Services immediately.

1. Irrevocable Nature of Service Delivery

From the moment you place an order, register for a challenge, complete payment for any 3ST product, or otherwise commence using our Services, you request and consent to the immediate and full provision of these Services. You acknowledge that due to the intangible, instant, and digital nature of the Services—such as simulated trading environments, immediate access to educational content, proprietary analysis tools, or performance-based challenges—the value is delivered at the point of, or immediately following, your payment and account setup. Accordingly, there can be no return, reversal, or withdrawal of these Services once they have begun. You explicitly waive any and all rights to cancellation or "cooling off" periods that might otherwise apply under consumer protection laws or other legislation, whether local, national, or international, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All payments made to 3ST are final and strictly non-refundable. This applies without limitation to all fees, charges, or costs associated with any stage of the Services, including but not limited to: • Non-Completion of Requirements: If you fail to meet the performance criteria, conditions, or other parameters required to pass the trading challenge, verification, or funding stage, no refund will be issued. This remains true regardless of the amount of initial capital, the difficulty level, or the complexity of the requirements. • Discontinuation by Customer: If you decide, for any reason, to stop using the Services—be it due to personal circumstances, changes in your financial situation, loss of interest, or dissatisfaction with the platform’s performance—you shall not be entitled to any refund. • Termination Due to Misconduct or Breach: If we suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Services as a result of your breach of contract, violation of our Terms and Conditions, involvement in forbidden trading practices, misuse of intellectual property, provision of false information, or any other form of misconduct, no refund shall be provided. • Technical or Personal Issues on Your Side: Problems related to your internet connectivity, computer hardware, software configurations, inability to run the trading platform, or any other technical difficulties originating on your side do not grant you any right to a refund. Nor do personal emergencies, misunderstandings of the Services, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control. • Unavailable Features or Changes in Offerings: If certain features, tools, or functionalities of the Services become temporarily or permanently unavailable, modified, or discontinued, you are not entitled to a refund. We reserve the right to modify or update the Services at our sole discretion without providing a refund.

3. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Consequences

In the event that you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or seek a reversal of any fee paid to 3ST, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Breach of Contractual Obligations: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may be considered a material breach of this Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Such actions signal your unwillingness to abide by the agreements in place.

• Immediate Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we receive notice of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal request. This includes the Client Section, Trading Platform, and any associated functionalities.

• Future Service Restrictions: Once a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may decline any future requests for Services. We may also require that any future payments be verified through secure, nondisputable methods, such as bank wire transfers or other payment methods at our sole discretion.

• Liability for Costs and Damages: Should the chargeback or dispute be resolved in our favor, you agree to indemnify and reimburse us for any resulting fees, chargeback costs, administrative expenses, legal costs, or other damages incurred. Furthermore, any lost opportunities or business disruptions caused by such disputes remain at your liability.

4. Finality and Consideration of Payments

By completing any payment, you represent and warrant that you have carefully considered the nature, scope, and limitations of the Services. You understand that the pricing of the Services reflects the immediate and intangible value delivered upon purchase. Since the Services consist of instantly accessible, digitally distributed content and/or immediate access to proprietary challenges, trading simulations, or analytics, no portion of your payment can be retrieved, reversed, or set aside once processed.

5. Potential Exceptions and Discretionary Determinations

As a strict policy, no refunds or cancellations are granted. However, in exceedingly rare and exceptional cases—and only at our absolute and sole discretion—3ST may consider requests for partial relief or alternative accommodations. Such exceptional determinations may be influenced by genuinely extraordinary circumstances beyond your reasonable control, and you must provide verifiable, documented evidence of such circumstances. Under no conditions are we obligated to grant such relief. Our decision in these matters is final, conclusive, non-appealable, and does not establish any precedent or obligation to grant similar relief in the future.

6. Non-Transferability and Non-Exchangeability

All fees and payments are tied to your account and the specific Services purchased at the time of payment. Under no circumstances may payments or rights to access the Services be transferred, sold, or exchanged to another person or entity. Nor can any fees already paid be applied to other products or Services offered by 3ST now or in the future, even if you decide to upgrade or change your participation level.

7. Amendments to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our Services, legal obligations, or business practices. Any modifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. We may also, at our discretion, notify you via email or through the Client Section of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must cease using the Services immediately.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of any rights or protections you may have under mandatory laws of your country of residence.

9. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such a finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, reflecting the original intent as closely as possible. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

10. Entire Agreement and Interpretation

This Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions and other referenced agreements, constitutes the entire understanding between you and 3ST regarding cancellations and refunds for the Services. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail with respect to cancellations and refunds. Headings and section titles are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

By continuing to use the Services or by making any payment to 3ST, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the entirety of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. All payments are final, irrevocable, and nonrefundable. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the Services.
